🚫 অর্ডার বাতিল নীতিমালা – AmarFriday.com

AmarFriday.com-এ আমরা ডিজিটাল পণ্য দ্রুত সরবরাহ করে থাকি। তাই অর্ডার বাতিলের ক্ষেত্রে কিছু নিয়ম অনুসরণ করা আবশ্যক।

১। অর্ডার বাতিলের শর্তাবলী

  • অর্ডার ডেলিভারির পূর্বে যদি আপনি বাতিল করতে চান, তাহলে সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ড প্রযোজ্য।

  • পণ্য একবার ডেলিভারি হয়ে গেলে, অর্ডার বাতিলযোগ্য নয়। ডিজিটাল পণ্য ফেরত নেওয়া সম্ভব নয়।

 

২। বাতিলের সময়সীমা

  • অর্ডার করার মধ্যে ৩০ মিনিটের মধ্যে বাতিলের জন্য অনুরোধ জানানো হলে দ্রুত প্রসেস করা সম্ভব।

  • যদি প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারির জন্য নির্ধারিত সময় (সাধারণত ১ ঘণ্টা) পেরিয়ে যায় এবং আপনি এখনো পণ্য না পেয়ে থাকেন, সেক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড/বাতিল বিবেচনা করা হবে।

 

৩। কিভাবে অর্ডার বাতিল করবেন

অর্ডার বাতিলের জন্য নিচের তথ্যসহ আমাদের WhatsApp / Facebook / Email-এ যোগাযোগ করুন:

  • অর্ডার নম্বর / Invoice ID

  • কেন বাতিল করতে চাচ্ছেন তার কারণ

  • পেমেন্ট রেফারেন্স (যদি প্রযোজ্য হয়)

⏳ সমাধানে সময় লাগতে পারে ১২–২৪ ঘণ্টা।

 

৪। বিশেষ নোট

  • যদি ভুল ইমেইল প্রদান করেন, অনুগ্রহ করে সঙ্গে সঙ্গে আমাদের জানান। প্রোডাক্ট ডেলিভারি না হলে, আমরা বাতিল বিবেচনা করব।

  • AmarFriday.com কর্তৃপক্ষের সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত হবে।

 

 

 

🚫 Order Cancellation Policy – AmarFriday.com

At AmarFriday.com, we deliver digital products instantly. Therefore, order cancellations follow specific rules.

1. Cancellation Eligibility

  • You may cancel your order before delivery, and a full refund will be issued.

  • Once the product is delivered via email or message, the order is non-cancelable. Digital goods cannot be returned once shared.

2. Time Window for Cancellation

  • If you request cancellation within 30 minutes of placing the order, it’s more likely to be processed quickly.

  • If you haven't received your product within the expected time (usually 1 hour), you may request cancellation or refund, which will be reviewed.

3. How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, please contact us via WhatsApp, Facebook, or Email with the following info:

  • Order number or Invoice ID

  • Reason for cancellation

  • Payment reference (if available)

⏳ Please allow 12–24 hours for the resolution.

4. Important Notes

  • If you entered an incorrect email address, let us know immediately. If delivery hasn't occurred, we may still process your cancellation.
